1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using theshinypros.company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and TheShinyPros ("the Service Provider"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Client's responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
Defined Service Terms
- • Service Area: Defined strictly as Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, and immediate adjacent barangays. Travel outside this radius may incur additional logistics fees.
- • Booking Slot: A 2-hour arrival window designated for service delivery (e.g., 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM).
- • Quote: A static estimate based on square footage and scope. Final pricing is confirmed upon visual verification.

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before arrival.
Post-clean walkthrough required before sign-off.
Damages covered under our service guarantee.
Scope of Liability
TheShinyPros maintains general liability insurance covering accidental damage to property during service execution. However, we do not assume liability for pre-existing structural damage, loose fixtures, or items not properly secured. We recommend securing valuables and informing staff of fragile items prior to service commencement.

Every team member follows strict safety and hygiene guidelines.
Safety & Execution Standards
The safety of our clients and staff is non-negotiable. Our operational protocols are designed to minimize risk while maximizing efficiency. All staff are trained in chemical handling, slip prevention, and equipment maintenance.
Personal Protective Equipment
Gloves and masks are mandatory for all staff to ensure hygiene compliance.
Eco-Friendly Agents
Biodegradable solutions used unless specific toxicity requirements are requested.
Key Handling
Physical keys are stored in locked containers. Digital access codes are wiped post-service.
Pet Policy
Please secure pets. We are not liable for pet behavior or accidents.
Restricted Items
TheShinyPros staff are strictly prohibited from cleaning: biohazards, mold infestations, heavy mold remediation, hazardous waste, and hoarding situations. If these conditions are discovered during service, the session will be terminated immediately, and the standard call-out fee applies.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Resolution Process
- Client reports issue within 24h of service.
- Management reviews photos/evidence.
- Rectification offered (re-clean or credit).
- Final binding decision.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Las Piñas City.
