Usage Transparency
Communication: We use your phone number solely to send arrival notifications (e.g., "Your team is 15 minutes away") and confirmation texts. Your email is used to send service receipts and optional satisfaction surveys. We do not send marketing newsletters without explicit opt-in.
Internal Routing: Your address is processed through our internal mapping system (not Google Maps APIs) to assign the nearest team member, reducing carbon footprint and ensuring punctuality.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active client. If you have not booked a service with us for 24 months, your data is automatically purged from our active scheduling system.
Exception: We may keep anonymized billing records for 5 years for tax compliance, stripped of personal identifiers like phone or email.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or request full deletion at any time. We fulfill these requests within 72 hours during business days.
